About the role

Within this Court of Protection Solicitor role, you will be joining a friendly and collaborative team to work on day-to-day matters such as:

  • Handling your own caseload such as deputyship applications, managing property and affair files
  • Contributing to Business Development Initiatives
  • Building and maintaining a client network
  • Supporting the Head of Department and Partners on their cases

About You

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 4+ years PQE within Court of Protection law, are able to work well under pressure and has fantastic organisational and time management.
