We are working with a highly regarded firm that is seeking an experienced Crime and Regulatory Senior Associate to join a leading business crime & regulatory team in London, working alongside some of the most respected specialists in the field.

This is an excellent opportunity for a regulatory lawyer with demonstrable experience in contentious work across areas such as health & safety, environment, food safety, inquests, and product liability/recall. The role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

As a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor, you will be:

  • Handling a varied caseload of complex regulatory matters.
  • Working on high-profile, often sensitive cases.
  • Advising clients on both contentious and advisory matters.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Collaborating nationally with colleagues across multiple office locations.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years PQE in regulatory law with a strong focus on contentious matters.
  • Ability to run your own files with minimal supervision.
  • Project management and prioritisation skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to support others.
