The Role
- Managing high-quality litigation matters within a large and established Recoveries team
- Handling debt recovery, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters
- Acting for a diverse client base, including commercial clients, utility companies, debt purchasers, and local authorities
- Working collaboratively within a team of over 95 fee earners
- Delivering exceptional client service across regional, national, and multi-national clients
- Contributing to a strong reputation built on recommendations and referrals
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the department

- Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters
- Handling debt recovery claims from instruction to resolution
- Advising on commercial litigation and insolvency matters
- Delivering practical and commercially focused advice

- Working collaboratively to achieve team and departmental targets
- Upholding high standards of professionalism and client care
