Leading and innovate law firm are looking to recruit a new Development Solicitor into their impressive Chester offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Development Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth.
About the role
As a Development Solicitor, you will be joining an expert team who work with clients nationally on a varied caseload of matters including:
- Buying and selling commercial properties
- Leasing
- Commercial Property finance
- Residential Developments
- Freehold/leasehold transactions
- Planning matters
- Environmental matters
About you
The successful candidate will be driven with at least 4 years PQE in Residential Development law, is able to maintain and expand on a loyal client base, has excellent client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
Experience within Planning Law, Commercial Development or Real Estate is advantageous for this role.
