This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to lead and manage a broad portfolio of commercial dispute cases, providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the dispute resolution practice within the firm, fostering client relationships, and leading a team of junior lawyers. You will be expected to utilise your extensive knowledge of Commercial Litigation to deliver exceptional service and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence in dispute resolution.
- Extensive experience as a Partner or senior fee earner within a Commercial Litigation environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop a dispute resolution team
- Excellent client management and business development skills
- Strong understanding of commercial law and dispute resolution processes
- Experience of handling complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a senior leadership team
