We’re looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a well-established regional law firm in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and diverse team handling a broad range of contentious matters.
You will act for a variety of clients, including businesses and individuals, on matters such as:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- General civil litigation

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of matters from start to finish.
- Provide clear, practical advice tailored to client objectives.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings as required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.
Person Specification
- 5+ years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex cases independently.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Commercially aware, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
