Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters

Advising clients on commercial disputes, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery

Handling matters through negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings

Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Working collaboratively with a respected dispute resolution team
Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or contentious work

Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently

Experience within a law firm, legal practice, or private practice environment
