An excellent EL/PL team in Manchester is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to handle a rewarding mix of multi-track and serious injury EL/PL cases. As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you will:
- Manage a caseload of EL/PL files, including multi-track and some serious injury claims, from pre-litigation through to trial.
- Liaise with insurers, clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
- Draft key legal documents, from settlement correspondence to witness statements and instructions to experts.
- Review medical reports, issue court proceedings, and meet limitation deadlines.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, regular communication.
- Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and legal developments.
