Responsibilities
- Help to further develop their employment law practice in the Leeds region and beyond, managing a portfolio of high-profile litigation and advisory work.
- Attract and retain new clients, building a regional network and expanding the firm’s market share.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff to foster professional growth within the team.
- Deliver high-quality legal advice across the full spectrum of employment law.

Requirements
- Senior Associate or Legal Director level experience in employment law from a well-regarded firm.
- Strong track record in high-value (and sometimes high profile) employment law work, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
