About the role

Within this Employment Paralegal role, you will be joining a close-knit team working with an impressive roster of clients on high-value matters.

 

Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Supporting on a varied contentious and non-contentious employment caseload
  • Supporting on employment tribunal matters including preparation for Early Case Assessments, drafting ET3 responses, liaising with clients, reviewing paperwork, managing preliminary hearings and preparing witness statements
  • Carrying out legal research, preparing court bundles and organising all relevant documents

 

About You

  • You must have at least 6 months’ previous experience within Employment law at Paralegal level
  • Fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get on to a Training Contract in the future
  • Able to keep up-to-date with any legislation changes
  • Confidence managing your own workload while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
