- Help to further develop their employment law practice in the Leeds region and beyond, managing a portfolio of high-profile litigation and advisory work.
- Attract and retain new clients, building a regional network and expanding the firm’s market share.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff to foster professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s northern expansion and regional leadership initiatives.
