Leading, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Employment Partner into their Lancashire offices.
Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is known for their workplace culture, collaborative approach to caseloads, hybrid working options and keenness to get involved in making a difference with the wider community.
About the role
- As an Employment Partner, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Liaising with a wide range of clients and providing sound advice
- Managing own complex caseload including discrimination, unfair dismissal, tribunal matters, TUPE and redundancies
- Delegating work to more junior members of the team
- Attending Court and liaising with Counsel
- Building and developing your own client network
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
You will be joining an expert team within a Legal 500 law firm with a proven track record of success, having worked across high to ultra-high net worth cases for professionals and businesses.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have at least 5-10 years PQE within Employment law, outstanding organisational, time management and client care skills, can work well under pressure and are looking for the next step in your career.
