Well-respected, innovative law firm are looking to recruit an Employment Parter into their Chester offices.

About the role

You will be joining an established Employment team to work on your own varied respondent caseload of matters including:

  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Disciplinaries and grievances
  • Performance management
  • Discrimination
  • Contractual disputes
  • TUPE
  • Advising on employment contracts
  • Workplace handbooks and policies
  • Benefits, bonus schemes and pay
  • Settlement agreements

 

As well as this, you will be managing your own team, helping with their overall development and allocation of work.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner who wants to gain exposure to working with a broad range of SME, OMBS and national clients, develop their knowledge further by gaining exposure to corporate support work, grow their own network and work alongside other reputable Partners.

 

About You

The successful candidate for this Employment Partner role will ideally have at least 7+ PQE within this area law, is able to work well as part of a team and wants to develop in a reputable legal firm.
