Employment Solicitor – Manchester

Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm, is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their growing Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with around 2–4 years’ PQE to join a respected practice known for its quality work, supportive culture, and genuine progression prospects.
You’ll handle a varied mix of employment work, advising both commercial and public sector clients on everything from day-to-day HR queries and contracts to complex tribunal matters. The role will also involve supporting corporate transactions, managing data subject access requests, and drafting contracts and policies. There’s plenty of scope to get involved in marketing and business development, including writing thought-leadership pieces and presenting at client seminars.
What we’re looking for:
• A qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience advising commercial and/or public sector clients
• Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skills
• A genuine passion for employment law and its developments
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
