The Opportunity
A leading national law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer (Senior or Managing Associate, 5+ years’ PQE) to join its growing Birmingham-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a nationally recognised practice, advising employers and senior executives on a wide range of employment law matters. The team is known for delivering practical, commercial advice and building trusted relationships across a diverse client base that includes major corporates, SMEs, and high-profile individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Advising on the full range of employment law issues, including dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, restructuring, and executive terminations.

Managing a diverse caseload of contentious and advisory matters for employers and senior individuals.

Providing strategic input to clients’ HR and leadership teams.

Supporting business development and helping to shape the continued growth of the Birmingham practice.

Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
About You

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law.

Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Commercially minded and client-focused, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic solutions.
