You’ll manage a varied caseload that spans employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy and restructures, settlement agreements, and Employment Tribunal claims. The role offers plenty of autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with a diverse client base while maintaining high standards of client care.
Key requirements:

Qualified Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE

Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law

Confident advising on contracts, policies, dismissals, discrimination and redundancy

Solid understanding of employment legislation and case management processes

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
