About the role
As an Employment Solicitor, you will:
- Lead and grow a thriving Employment team, driving strategy and business development.
- Advise on complex matters including discriminations, unfair wages, whistleblowing, redundancies, dismissals TUPE, harassment and tribunals
- Work alongside other teams in the business to provide transactional support
- Advise on the application of TUPE to both public and private sectors
- Training and mentoring more junior members of the team as well as updating staff on legal changes
About You
You will be:
- A dedicated Employment Solicitor with at least 6+ years PQE
- Capable of working well under pressure
- An inspiring leader who enjoys mentoring and elevating others
- Has strong attention to detail, technical knowledge and communication skills
