Our client in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Permanent Employment Solicitor to join their reputable and growing team. In this role, you will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, advising clients on issues such as contracts, grievances, disciplinary matters, redundancies, unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace disputes. You will provide clear, commercial advice, draft and review documentation, and represent clients effectively in negotiations and proceedings.

Key Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 - 6 years’ experience in employment law
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
• Excellent drafting, analysis and communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Confident in client management and contributing to business development where appropriate
