As an Employment Solicitor in Manchester, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of employment law matters, manage your own caseload, and build strong client relationships. The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious work, making it ideal for those looking to advance in a dynamic and well-established team.
Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters

Managing a varied caseload including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes

Supporting businesses with HR advisory and day-to-day employment issues

Handling tribunal matters where appropriate

Working collaboratively with a strong, experienced Employment team

Maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Employment Solicitor (minimum of 2 years' PQE)

Proven track record handling a range of employment law matters

Strong understanding of employment legislation and case law

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

Strong organisation and the ability to manage your caseload independently
