As an Employment Solicitor in Manchester, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of employment law matters, manage your own caseload, and build strong client relationships. The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious work, making it ideal for those looking to advance in a dynamic and well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters

  • Managing a varied caseload including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes

  • Supporting businesses with HR advisory and day-to-day employment issues

  • Handling tribunal matters where appropriate

  • Working collaboratively with a strong, experienced Employment team

  • Maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor (minimum of 2 years' PQE)

  • Proven track record handling a range of employment law matters

  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and case law

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage your caseload independently

  • A team player with a proactive and commercial approach
