A respected and long-standing law firm in the South Manchester region is seeking a motivated and talented Employment Solicitor to join its friendly and expanding team.

About the role
Within the Employment Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment matters, including dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE and contractual disputes
- Drafting and advising on settlement agreements
- Supporting clients with disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigations
- Representing clients in negotiations and, where necessary, tribunal proceedings
- Building strong relationships and maintaining high standards of client care
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE – If you are coming into this role at an NQ level, you will have completed a seat during your Training Contract or have at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level
- Solid understanding of employment law and procedure
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Ability to manage a caseload confidently and independently
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
