Our client is seeking a dedicated Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded employment law team in South Manchester / Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking to progress their career within a reputable law firm known for high-quality work and a supportive culture.
The role will involve managing a diverse employment law caseload, advising both employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will provide clear, pragmatic employment law advice on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements, redundancy, and employment contracts, as well as supporting clients with employment disputes, negotiations, and compliance.
You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of client service and contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm’s employment law practice.
The successful candidate will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with proven employment law experience

Experience handling a wide range of employment tribunal and advisory matters

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Ability to provide commercial, pragmatic employment law advice

Excellent organisation and time-management skills to manage a busy caseload
