Employment Solicitor

An international employment law specialist firm is seeking to hire Associate and Senior Associate level solicitors to join its London office.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded, employer-focused practice operating on a genuinely international platform. The firm is not a full-service offering; instead, it is dedicated exclusively to labour and employment law, acting for employers across a broad range of industries, including multinational and US-headquartered organisations.

The Role

The London team acts predominantly for US-based clients in relation to their European operations. The work is heavily cross-border and multi-jurisdictional, often involving the coordination and management of local counsel across multiple European jurisdictions.

The practice covers the full spectrum of employment law, including:

  • Complex contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation

  • Cross-border restructurings and redundancy programmes

  • TUPE and business transfers

  • Discrimination and whistleblowing claims

  • Drafting contracts, policies and senior executive documentation

  • Global mobility and strategic advisory projects

Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor

  • Associate to Senior Associate level

  • Strong employment law experience (contentious and advisory)

  • Comfortable managing cross-border matters and liaising with international counsel

  • Commercially astute with experience acting for employer clients

Remuneration & Structure

  • Salary range: £90,000 – £150,000 (depending on level and experience)

  • 1,500 billable hours target

  • Bonus structure for meeting and exceeding target
