About the role
The successful candidate will join the firm's busy employment team, working predominantly on advisory and contentious employment matters for corporate clients. The role encompasses handling restructuring, redundancies, employee relations issues, and high-profile litigation. You will manage your own caseload, support junior colleagues, and ideally, they'd like you to be interested in contributing to business development activities. The Ideal Candidate
- A solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in employment law, with experience acting for companies
- Experience in restructuring, redundancy processes, TUPE, and workforce transactions
- Strong litigation skills, capable of managing complex employment disputes
- Strong client management skills
- Desire to develop expertise in both contentious and advisory employment law
- Desire to work collaboratively
