About the role
Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be joining a close-knit team working with an impressive roster of national Employment Law clients on high-value matters.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Managing a varied contentious and non-contentious employment caseload
- Supporting on employment tribunal matters including preparation for Early Case Assessments, drafting ET3 responses, liaising with clients, reviewing paperwork, managing preliminary hearings and preparing witness statements
- Attending tribunal hearings
- Carrying out legal research , preparing court bundles and organising all relevant documents
About You
- As an NQ position, you will ideally have at least 12 months previous experience within in Employment at a Paralegal level or have completed a seat in Employment law during your Training Contract
- Able to keep up to date with any legislation changes
- Confidence managing your own workload while contributing effectively within a collaborative Employment team
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
