This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Employment Lawyer to join a dynamic and supportive team, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The firm has an established client base across Greater Manchester and beyond, offering high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload including:

Employment Tribunal claims and disputes

Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters

Drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements

Redundancy and restructuring advice
-
Employment policy review and advisory work
-
Providing strategic HR and commercial employment advice
You will work closely with colleagues while maintaining responsibility for your own matters, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Employment Law

Proven ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters

Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills

Excellent client care and communication ability

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
