Employment Solicitor

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (4–6 PQE) to join their well-established team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded Employment department advising a broad client base of SMEs and businesses across multiple sectors. You’ll gain exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment that genuinely invests in career progression and development.

 

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and managing a diverse caseload of Employment Law matters. You’ll work on Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing, alongside advisory work such as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. You will also support on more complex matters including TUPE and due diligence, while providing commercially focused advice to clients on day-to-day HR and employment issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, and redundancies.

This role offers a strong platform to build long-term client relationships and develop your profile within a growing team.

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years PQE in Employment Law
