Our client has built a great reputation in the region and as a result attracts good quality work, with clients ranging from small and medium businesses through to national companies.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to work on a broad range of employment matters, advising both employers and employees across multiple sectors. You’ll handle a varied caseload, from complex disputes to day-to-day advisory work, while building strong client relationships and playing an active role in the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including disputes, contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Managing your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
- Representing clients in negotiations and at tribunal where necessary.
- Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
About you
You will be an approachable, motivated, and commercially aware solicitor who:
- Has at least 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Can manage files independently and deliver high-quality advice.
- Enjoys engaging with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Is happy to contribute to the firm’s profile through business development activities.
