This role invites applications from individuals with a range of experience, from Newly Qualified through to Senior Associate level. The successful candidate will be expected to handle their own caseload independently, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion. For more senior candidates, there will be opportunities to provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. - Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a varied client base including SMEs, OMBs, listed companies, and employees.
- Handle cases involving Settlement Agreements, restructuring, changing employment terms, large-scale redundancies, and operational HR issues.
- Assist with compliance projects, such as Modern Slavery Act adherence and data protection regulation.
- Provide strategic advice on complex matters such as Boardroom/SMT disputes and large HR projects.
- Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings and provide ad hoc employment law advice as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams including Corporate & Commercial, Litigation, and Property to deliver comprehensive legal support.
- Contribute to business development initiatives with support from an award-winning marketing team.
