Employment Solicitor – Central London
We are working on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Central London. This is a fantastic chance for a lawyer with strong credentials from a well-ranked firm to take the next step in their career within a team recognised for the quality of its work and client base.
The Role
You will advise a diverse range of clients across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is a broad role where you’ll be trusted with high-quality, complex cases while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collegiate team.
Key Responsibilities

Advising employers and employees on day-to-day employment law matters, including contracts, policies, redundancies, and grievances

Acting on employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract claims

Supporting corporate teams on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructures

Building and maintaining excellent client relationships, with opportunities to be involved in business development initiatives
About You

A qualified Employment Solicitor with 2–7+ PQE

Currently working (or recently trained) at a well-ranked law firm with recognised employment law expertise

Strong technical skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of businesses and individuals

Ambitious and keen to develop your career in a leading Central London practice
