About You
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in employment law, ideally with a mix of advisory and contentious practice.
- You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to provide commercially-minded, straightforward advice to clients.
- You are proactive, commercially aware, and have a good understanding of HR issues and employment tribunal processes.
- Previous experience working with both private and corporate clients is desirable.
- You are organised, enthusiastic, and eager to develop your career within a supportive team environment.
- The role is likely to suit a lawyer with c. 2-6 years PQE, although the team can be flexible on this, and we would encourage employment Solicitors who fall outside of this bracket but have the relevant skills and experience to get in touch to hear more.
