Employment Solicitor (Respondent) | Up to c 5 years pqe | Leeds
We are currently looking for an Employment Solicitor with up to 5 yrs pqe to join a dynamic team in Leeds, with the option for very flexible and hybrid working. Responsibilities
- Advising clients on employment law matters including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, and employment contracts
- Handling employment tribunal cases and providing strategic advice to clients
- Conducting employment training sessions and workshops
- Drafting articles and legal updates for publication
- Engaging with clients directly
- Working closely with the Leeds team and the wider firm to deliver outstanding service
Requirements
- Employment Solicitor with 1-5 years’ experience or NQ candidates with relevant exposure
- A solid understanding of employment law, Tribunal procedures, and TUPE regulations would be ideal
- Ability to work independently or support on larger matters and initiatives
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
