An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Family Law Partner to join a boutique firm in Central London. The Role
You will lead on complex, high-value family law matters and play a key role in driving forward the growth of the practice. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership position within a firm that values quality over volume, with the backing of a business development fund to support you in building your client base and growing the team.
Key Responsibilities

Acting on a range of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth family law matters, both domestic and international

Advising on divorce, financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and children matters

Managing existing client relationships whilst attracting and securing new work through business development initiatives

Playing a pivotal role in growing and mentoring a team, with support from the wider partnership

Contributing to the strategic direction of the practice, with equity considered at an early stage
About You

An established Family Law Partner or a senior solicitor looking to step up into partnership

Extensive experience in HNW and UHNW family law work, with a strong track record of success

Excellent client care skills with the ability to build trust and long-standing relationships with high-profile clients

Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and confident in contributing to the growth of a boutique practice

A strong network and reputation within the market would be highly advantageous
