Responsibilities
- Advising high net worth clients on wealth protection, including assets, pensions, and liabilities, especially in the context of separation and divorce
- Handling complex children matters with sensitivity and expertise
- Working closely with a substantial corporate team regarding the impact of family law on business interests
- Providing guidance on international family law issues where relevant
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the department through established contacts and proactive networking
Requirements
- Significant experience as a High Net Worth Family Solicitor, ideally at partner level or senior associate
- Strong understanding of wealth structuring, business interests, pensions, and international family law
- Proven ability to handle complex, high-profile cases with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience and enthusiasm for business development and departmental growth
