About the Role
A large and well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Partner to join its Birmingham office. This is a senior appointment within a highly regarded private client offering, focused on advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals on complex family matters.
The firm has an excellent reputation for quality, discretion and client service, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of its family practice. You will inherit a strong platform, supported by a broad private client and commercial client base, and will have the autonomy to further develop the practice in line with your own strengths and network.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Advising high net worth clients on a full range of privately funded family law matters
• Handling complex financial remedy work, including cases involving businesses, trusts and international elements
• Providing strategic advice on divorce, separation and relationship breakdown
• Leading, supervising and mentoring senior associates and junior lawyers within the team
• Playing a visible role in shaping the direction and growth of the family practice
• Actively contributing to business development, networking and profile-raising initiatives
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across private client and other complementary teams
About You
This role is suited to an established Partner or senior lawyer ready for partnership who is looking for a high-quality platform and long-term opportunity.

• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience
