The Role

• Manage your own caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private Children Act work.
• Handle a variety of matrimonial cases, ensuring high levels of client service and professional standards.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, maintaining their best interests at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied family law caseload including divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.

About You

• Experience in family law, with a background in matrimonial matters.
• Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE, relevant experience in divorce, finance, and children work preferred.
• Proactive, client-focused, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
• Excellent team player with a positive and professional attitude.
