Our client is a highly regarded, regional law firm based in Liverpool that has a fantastic reputation within the local area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor who is looking for their next role where they can begin to make a name for themselves.
About the role
Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be joining a friendly and close-knit team to work on legal aid matters related to childcare cases, adoption, child agreements, financial settlements, domestic abuse and injunctions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference with their work and is seeking opportunity where they can develop their skills further. You will be working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Head of Department at an exciting time for the business as they have recently experienced expansion due to busyness.
Skills You Need
Pragmatic and passionate about what you do with outstanding interpersonal skills, you’ll be a dedicated Family Solicitor who really cares about what they do.
- Completed a seat in Family law during your Training Contract or have at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level prior to qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
- Legal Aid experience is desirable but not essential
- Dealing with your cases with sensitivity
