Family Law Solicitor – Manchester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Family Solicitor to join a growing Family Law team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality private family matters, advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and complex financial arrangements. You will be part of a supportive, ambitious team that prides itself on delivering clear, pragmatic advice during what can be some of the most challenging times in clients’ lives.
The Role
You will advise Family clients on:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- High-value and complex matrimonial finances
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
- Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
You will manage your own caseload (commensurate with experience) while also being responsible for building your own network of Family clients across Manchester and the region.
About You
They are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, ideally at 5+ years PQE
- Has experience in divorce and financial remedy work for HNW clients
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Has excellent client care skills and emotional intelligence
- Is commercially aware and proactive in developing client relationships
- Is keen to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
