Sacco Mann is pleased to be working with a well-established law firm in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, with a strong focus on matrimonial work including divorce and financial remedy cases. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team while managing their own caseload and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role
As a Family Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a caseload of private family law matters

Advising clients on divorce and matrimonial disputes

Handling financial remedy and matrimonial finance cases

Supporting clients through sensitive family matters with clear and practical legal advice

Maintaining strong client relationships and providing high levels of client care
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this Family Solicitor role, you will demonstrate:

Qualification as a solicitor with experience in family law

Strong experience handling matrimonial matters, including divorce and financial remedy

The ability to manage a busy caseload independently

Excellent communication and client care skills

A proactive and organised approach to case management
