The Role
Sought is a dedicated and detail-oriented IP Paralegal to join our client's innovative IP team. The role of In-House IP Paralegal involves managing the legal and administrative processes associated with the filing and maintenance of the Patent and Trade Mark IP process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Your Skills
Ideally but not essentially, you’ll be CIPA qualified although those with relevant and demonstrable IP Paralegal experience gained in-house or in private practice without this accreditation are warmly welcomed to still apply.
It’s imperative that you’re a proactive team player who enjoys collaboration, as you’ll work closely and with the in-house IP team to oversee the organisation of IP records, monitor official deadlines, and assist in IP portfolio management.
You Must Also Bring:
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to communicate legal information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven initiative in improving systems and workflows
- Proactive in managing deadlines and budgets
