Insolvency Solicitor

You’ll work across a wide range of matters, working with a range of high-quality clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, and investors, while developing your expertise in both transactional and contentious work.

Responsibilities
You will work across transactional, advisory, and contentious insolvency matters, including:
- Work on pre-pack transactions and other insolvency-related deals, working closely with all stakeholders.
- Support distressed property assignments and advise on security enforcement strategies.
- Provide practical guidance to businesses in financial difficulty, including board-level support and restructuring advice.
- Manage your own caseload, as well as working in part of a team on more substantial matters
- Identify and advise on litigation funding opportunities where relevant.
Requirements
- NQ-5 PQE Solicitor with Insolvency experience
- Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Experience in distressed real estate or contentious insolvency work is beneficial
- Proactive approach to case management and client relationship development
- Willingness to get involved in sector and client events alongside team members
