My client is seeking a credible and commercially astute Attorney, either currently operating at Salaried Partner level or demonstrably ready to take that step. This appointment forms a key part of the firm’s long-term succession planning. As such, the successful individual will inherit and have full access to a substantial portfolio of premium, predominantly direct clients spanning the breadth of the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
There is no requirement to bring a following. What matters most is your proven ability to cultivate new relationships, deepen existing client partnerships, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. If your current platform restricts your ability to innovate or execute your own client development strategy, this role offers genuine autonomy.
