A leading, Legal 500 ranked law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Within this Litigation Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of matters including property disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery and business defamation. As well as this, you will be dealing with day-to-day duties will be:
- Case reviews
- Attending hearings, court appearances and conferences
- Drafting all relevant documents such as particulars of claims, witness statements, cost schedules, applications and orders
The Successful Candidate will have
- 1+ years’ previous experience within Litigation
- Strong case management skills
- Confidence using case management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Keenness to take on further responsibility
