Within this Litigation Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of matters including property disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery and business defamation. As well as this, you will be dealing with day-to-day duties will be:
- Case reviews
- Attend hearings, court appearances and conferences
- Drafting all relevant documents such as particulars of claims, witness statements, cost schedules, applications and orders
- Building and maintaining your own client network
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
- 3+ years PQE in Litigation law
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- A passion for delivering compassionate legal advice
- Confidence in client meetings
