Our client, a reputable and long-established legal practice in Northwich, is seeking a highly motivated Family & Matrimonial Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to handle a strong matrimonial caseload while maintaining a flexible working pattern.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload focused on matrimonial matters, including:

Advising clients on divorce and separation

Handling financial remedy matters and negotiating settlements

Drafting and preparing all relevant matrimonial documentation

Supporting clients through court proceedings where required

Ensuring the highest standard of client care
There may also be some involvement in private children matters, depending on experience and preference.
Key Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Family/Matrimonial Solicitor

Strong understanding of matrimonial legislation, procedure, and financial remedy work

Excellent communication and empathetic client-handling skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
