Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor – Central London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Central London. This is a fantastic chance to work with an international client base on high-quality matters, whilst enjoying the benefits of hybrid working. The firm is looking for someone around 2–7+ years’ PQE with strong experience in construction law and a keen interest in developing their career in this specialist area.
The Role
You’ll be involved in advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees, and security documents. The role will give you exposure to high-value, complex projects across both the UK and Europe, working closely with partners and senior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, appointments, and associated documentation

Advising developers, funders, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors on project structures and risk management

Working on large-scale development projects with international reach

Building and maintaining strong client relationships across a varied portfolio

Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice
About You

2–7+ years’ PQE as a Construction Solicitor with a focus on non-contentious work

Strong technical knowledge of construction law and drafting skills

Commercially minded, with excellent communication and client management skills

A team player, keen to contribute to a supportive and ambitious practice

Comfortable managing your own matters whilst working collaboratively on larger projects
