NQ Conveyancing Solicitor | Chester | Progression
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded private practice based in Chester, is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor with a genuine interest in residential conveyancing to build their career within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work on a varied caseload and be given the guidance and autonomy needed to develop into a confident and well-rounded conveyancer.
The role will include:

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

Providing clear, practical and client-focused advice throughout the transaction process

Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties

Maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail
About you:

Newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify shortly, with experience or exposure to residential conveyancing

A solid understanding of the residential property transaction process

Strong organisational and communication skills

Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

Professional, proactive and keen to develop within a specialist property team
