Work spans traditional advisory matters alongside more innovative areas such as evolving regulatory requirements, scheme governance, and specialist project work involving insurance and investment structures.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising both employers and trustees on day to day management and regulatory matters.
  • Also work on more complex matters such as scheme reorganisations, funding negotiations and risk-transfer exercises
  • Drafting and interpreting scheme documentation and governance materials
  • Working closely with senior lawyers on complex, strategic advisory work
  • Engaging with clients directly and managing your own matters as your experience grows
  • Contributing to team know-how, training sessions and business development activities

About You

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in pensions law
  • Strong technical skills with an interest in the long-term development of your pensions expertise
  • Excellent communication and drafting capabilities
  • A collaborative team player who values a balanced and supportive working environment
  • Motivated, proactive and looking to take on more responsibility as you grow
