We are working with a specialist boutique firm based in Salford, known for their commitment to life-changing work in serious injury, clinical negligence, and industrial disease claims, who are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their team in Salford.
This is an exciting opportunity to handle multi-track RTA and EL/PL claims valued up to £100k. Candidates must also be confident in managing claims through the MOJ portal and have strong technical experience in personal injury litigation.
You will be responsible for a dynamic caseload involving:
- Multi-track RTA, EL and PL matters.
- Both pre- and post-litigated claims.
- Portal stages 1-3.
- Complex and serious injuries (head, spinal, fatal, etc.)
- Liaising with medical experts, case managers, and insurers.
- Interim payments and early rehab focus.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced in handling multi-track personal injury cases.
- Strong experience with MOJ Portal processes.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work with empathy, sensitivity and discretion.
- Experience with catastrophic or serious injury claims is a plus.
