An international firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigator to supervise their successful Motor team based in Manchester; you will manage a litigated caseload while supporting the development of junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical knowledge of motor claims arising from RTA, and a passion for team leadership.
As a Personal Injury Supervisor, you will:
- Handle your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated motor injury claims (small claims, fast and intermediate track).
- Support and mentor junior fee earners, including paralegals and litigation assistants.
- Develop litigation strategies and advise on negotiation tactics.
- Ensure compliance with CPR, MOJ, and OIC protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive results and maintain exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-5 years’ experience managing motor injury claims, including litigated matters.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, CPR, MOJ portal, and OIC processes.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive, and confident using case management systems.
