Plot Sales Conveyancer | Manchester | Hybrid Working
A nationally recognised Real Estate team known for their expertise, supportive culture and commitment to exceptional service, is seeking a skilled Plot Sales Conveyancer to join the Manchester office. You will be part of a specialist residential property team, guiding clients ranging from private individuals to major developers, through a wide variety of transactions.
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will:
- Play a key part in progressing residential transactions, supporting plot sales work, and assisting the wider Real Estate team where needed.
- Issue and prepare contract packs using standard documentation.
- Handle pre-contract enquiries under supervision.
- Process exchanges and completions.
- Manage part-exchange purchases and resales.
- Prepare completion statements.
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
- Procure searches and manage incoming/outgoing post.
- Open files, prepare bills and produce documents.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in conveyancing or plot sales.
- LPC, law degree, CILEx or similar qualification.
- Excellent client care skills and confidence communicating with stakeholders.
- Experience preparing site set-up packs, draft contracts and transfers.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodological approach to work.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
